“Need Your Attention” section on user dashboard is an important section on BootStrapToday which gives you immediate access to Tickets/task which require your immediate attention. This section will show all the new tickets assigned to the user since her/his last login as well as any comments/changes made by team members on the tickets assigned to the user since last login.
E.g.
- My manager assigns me a ticket, when I am not logged in the system. When I login into the system, ticket will show up in the “Need Your Attention” section.
- One of my team member puts a comment on the ticket which is assigned to me when I am not logged in the system, it will show up in the “Need Your Attention” section on the user dashboard when I login into the system next time.
